Cecilia Carbonelli was born in Pisa, Italy, on September 27, 1976.
She received the Doctor Engineer degree (cum laude) in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Pisa in 2001. Since 2001, she has been with the Department of Information Engineering at the University of Pisa where she is currently pursuing the Research Doctor degree. Her research interests include the area of digital communication theory, with special emphasis on third generation CDMA systems, parameter estimation and multiuser detection. |
